ABOUT LIZ
I’m a Creative Director specializing in building, evolving, and scaling retail brands through creative direction and product strategy.
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve led the development of brand platforms, creative systems, and product ecosystems for global retailers and licensed lifestyle brands, including Target, Macy’s, Oakley, Kohl’s and Quiksilver. My work spans both launching new brands from the ground up and evolving existing brands to remain culturally relevant and commercially effective.
My approach focuses on defining clear brand DNA and translating it into cohesive seasonal direction, product assortments, and scalable creative frameworks. I work at the intersection of concept and execution, establishing the vision while building the systems and team alignment required to bring it to life across multiple categories and channels.
I’ve led the creative foundation for major retail brands including Cat & Jack and Art Class at Target, and built new brand platforms such as WHT Space at Macy’s. I’ve also directed creative strategy across licensed and heritage brands, ensuring their identity remains authentic while adapting to new customers and market opportunities.
I’m most interested in helping brands evolve thoughtfully — balancing creative integrity, cultural awareness, and commercial performance.
